Privacy notice for people submitting a request
Code: LML-PRIV-CONSUMER-2026-01 · Version 1.0
Effective from 29 September 2026 · Next review by 31 December 2026
This notice supplements the lead generator's privacy notice linked from the form you completed and describes how the request is handled through LastMinuteLead.
1. Who processes the data
The controller for collecting the request and deciding to make it available is the lead generator identified in the form and its privacy notice, from which you reached this page. Its privacy contact details appear in that notice. LeadMart UAB, code 306716237, Architektų g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania, privacy@lastminutelead.com, operates lastminutelead.com for the generator under its instructions for this activity.
An operator who buys the lead and uses it to prepare its own offer is an independent controller of its subsequent processing. It must identify itself and provide its own privacy information by first contact where applicable. LeadMart separately controls its own website, platform security and buyer account processing, described in the relevant website notice.
2. Data and source
The generator collects information you enter in the form: name, contact details, location, category, request details and contact preferences if offered. The platform also records technical data needed to manage the request, including ID, submission time, availability status and disclosures to operators. Data come from you or the generator's form identified at collection.
We do not ask for special category data under Article 9 GDPR. Please do not enter health, beliefs, sexual life or other sensitive information in free text. If accidentally submitted, it should be removed or handled separately as required by law.
3. Purposes, legal basis and contact
The data are used to receive and handle your specific request, check category relevance and make it available to operators able to answer it, who may contact you only about that request. The lawful basis for collection and disclosure is stated in the lead generator's privacy notice linked from the form you completed and applies only to the purposes and conditions described there.
Permitted channels (phone, email or messaging) depend on your request, stated preferences and electronic communications law in your country. This notice is not marketing consent. Later or unrelated advertising requires a separate lawful basis and specific consent where required.
4. Recipients and records
The request is available only to operators relevant to its category and conditions, in the manner stated in the form you completed. The platform records each purchaser, date and disclosed lead.
If you completed the form, LeadMart undertakes to provide you, on a simple email request to privacy@lastminutelead.com and after verifying your identity and entitlement to information about the lead, with the complete list of potential Buyers eligible to purchase your lead as at the date of the response. You may also request at that address the names of Buyers to whom your data were actually disclosed; if the potential Buyer list changes, you may request an updated version.
Authorised technical providers may access data only to deliver and protect the service under appropriate instructions and safeguards. We do not sell unrestricted use of your information. A recipient operator must verify the lawfulness of its contact and observe the 30-day contractual use limit from acquisition.
5. Availability and retention
A lead ceases to be offered for sale within 60 days of submission to the platform and in any event no later than the end of its retention period. Each purchasing operator receives a 30-day contractual use licence from its purchase; that period differs from data retention and does not extend the sales window.
Lead data are retained on the platform for as long as needed for the purposes described and in any event no longer than six months from the lead generation date and time recorded in UTC. They may be deleted sooner when no longer needed or following the exercise of data subject rights. Withdrawal from sale after 60 days does not itself mean deletion. Minimal data required for legal duties or to establish, exercise or defend claims are kept separately and are not used to offer the lead for sale again.
6. Rights and complaints
You can ask the controller for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also request the identity of actual recipients. Contact the generator at the privacy address in its collection form or privacy@lastminutelead.com, which will route the request to the responsible party. Reasonable identity verification may be needed.
The controller normally responds within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You may complain to a supervisory authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred, including the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) where competent.
